At Upper Swing Lab, we’re all about helping hitters unlock their full potential. Whether you're new to the game or chasing the next level, we combine experienced instruction with up to date technology tools to get real results.
Led by a former collegiate athlete and experienced hitting coach, Upper Swing Lab uses HitTrax to track every swing in real time—measuring exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and more. We pair that with big-screen video analysis, so athletes can immediately see, understand, and correct their mechanics.
We work with youth, high school, and college players to develop:

Hey, I’m Coach Jaden—founder of Upper Swing Lab and passionate about helping hitters unlock real power through smart training and swing development.
I’m a proud graduate of Lebanon High School (Class of 2023), where my senior season showcased the results of years of focused work. I hit .461 with a .578 OBP, collected 30 RBIs and 20 extra-base hits, earning:
First Team All-Ohio (OF)
ECC First Team & Offensive Player of the Year
First Team All Miami Valley Region
That success led me to South Mountain Community College—one of the top-ranked JUCO baseball programs in the country—where I continued my career as an outfielder and maintained a .358 collegiate batting average.

Team Group Training
Team sessions consist of a 2 hour workout lead by Coach Jaden at my facility.
We have the space for fielding, pitching, and have all the advanced technology for hitting.
